All cancellations must be made in writing. For registrations canceled 181 days or more prior to the program date, the registrant shall receive a full refund of the paid program fee less a 10% service charge. For registrations canceled between 180 and 91 days prior to the program date, the registrant shall receive 50% of the paid program fee. For cancellations 90 days or less prior to the program date, the full program fee will be assessed, and no refund will be made. If you no-show for a conference you forfeit your conference fee and no refunds will be made.

If you are unable to attend a conference, whether in person or Online, for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another conference of equal (or lesser) value paid by you without penalty for a period of one year following the starting date of the conference for which you registered.
If the transfer is to a higher cost conference, the attendee shall pay FCU the difference. All Transfers expire within one year of the start day of the original conference without exception. Registrants must communicate with Florida Christian University at least 10 days prior to the event in order to transfer the registration.
